When we are hired to conceptualize or begin a design project, it is our goal to bridge the communication gap between our client and their audiences. It is critical that we consider how the audience will feel when they see or interact with the final design piece. What is it like to use or interact with the design? Is it culturally sensitive or relevant? How well does the design work accomplish the goal or fulfil its purpose?
We take the necessary time to understand your goals, concerns, and hardships. When we agree to work with a client on a project, we do it because we are confident that we are the right team for the job and have the ability and resources to complete the work on time and within budget. Having years of experience working with other marketing and design agencies and teams, we consistently deliver agency quality work that gets results. Projects tpically begin with a short consultation by phone or email where we discuss your project goals, budget, timeline, style preferences, and ideas. Once we are all on the same page and in agreement, we send over our general service agreement contract. This allows more fluidity and flexibility for future projects. It's a matter of signing one document vs. signing for each small request. For large projects, we will also create a statement of work which outlines the project, goals, terms, and deliverables as well as timeline and estimates.
Projects generally begin with a few hours of research. In order to to our best work, we need to understand your positioning and competition. We follow current design trends and changes across social media platforms so that we are always setting you up for success by delivering work that is aligned with current trends and specifications.
The design process may include sketching, wire framing, collecting assets, vision boards and countless hours of experimentation. Remember, you only see the very best of the work! Most of it will never be seen again once the files are closed and archived.
Once we have discovered the best possible design concept, we will compose a digital mockup which will be emailed to you. You will then be able to review the work and share any changes that need to be made in accordance with whatever was agreed upon on in our project scope.
Once approval has been met or exceeded, final files are deliveered and orders are fulfilled. Don't be surprised if we follow up with you in a week or so after our project is completed to see how everythig is working out...or maybe we just missed working with you...or saw something we think you will enjoy!
